Staying in this hotel felt like a dream come true. I loved waking up to the stunning view of the mountains from my balcony. The location of this hotel is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and surrounded by peace and quiet. The staff were very helpful, offering recommendations for places to visit nearby and directions to get there. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with everything clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was great, with delicious coffee and tea options.

The location of the hotel was excellent with amazing surrounding landscapes and fresh air away from the city's hustle. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rustic design of the rooms was enjoyable. Breakfast was free, delicious and abundant, and the restaurant served nice snacks at decent prices.

The Wi-Fi connection was poor or even unavailable in the rooms which was a bit of a letdown, and the language barrier with some staff was frustrating. We had to use a blanket to sleep on, and we hope the cleaning staff would notice the issue and fix it.
